Exercise and Training Operations Panel
Under the direction of the Senior Policy Group (SPG) and the Chief Administrative Officers (CAO), the Exercise and Training Operations Panel (ETOP) is comprised of representatives from the respective NCR state and local jurisdictions. ETOP is the driving force behind regional collaboration and both short-term and long-range planning for exercise and training initiatives within the NCR. These training initiatives are targeted at the homeland security partners in the NCR, whether governmental or non-governmental, paid or volunteer. The ETOP also serves as the advisory committee to the SPG and CAO to provide recommendations, subject matter expertise and overall guidance for exercise and training projects in the NCR.
